We are in the process of optimizing operations and reducing expenses which is expected to lead to a significant boost in Net Operating Income, property valuation, and most importantly an excellent return for our investors.

Oasis RV Park is located in Nixon, Texas. Nixon is a historically underserved community and it is our goal to improve this property to its fullest potential. After several years of mismanagement the property had fallen to a low occupancy and gained a bad reputation in the community, we are actively working to reverse this trend and bring the property back to the condition it was in previously by improving and cleaning up the park and bringing in more tenants that are interested in being part of a safe community.

463 Estates Mobile Home Park is a 10 acre mobile home community located in Devine, Texas. large lot sizes and proximity to San Antonio, the 7th largest city in the country make this property an attractive home for it's residents. Vista RV Park

Vista RV Park is an RV park located in Floresville, Texas. Floresville is a fast growing suburb of San Antonio and has seen a recent influx of jobs. This property was 25% occupied when we purchased and excellent upside potential. Since taking over we've improved and cleaned up the property and are currently working on leasing all vacant spaces. In a short time we've pushed occupancy to 75% with a target of 100% within 6 months of purchase.

Glenwood Apartments

Glenwood Apartments is a mixed use development located in exploding Leander, Texas. Consisting of 84 apartment units and 10,000 sqft of retail commercial space, this development is positioned to help fill the gap in affordable apartment units in Leander. Located just minutes from major employers, and a short commute to downtown Austin, this community will be able to take full advantage of the growth in the Austin metro. Our role in this project consisted of development management, project management, and asset management.

Aspen Meadows

Aspen meadows is a 261 unit apartment complex located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. A classic value add play, this community was purchased as an underperforming asset. Our role in this project was as Asset Manager during which we enacted a plan to renovate units and increase rents which has led to solid cashflow for the owners.

Horseshoe Apartments

Horseshoe Apartments is a multifamily development located in fast growing Leander, Texas. Nestled just off major thoroughfares and just minutes from North Austin's major employers, this development consists of 50 apartment units. With Leander experiencing a lack of affordable apartment units right now, this project is positioned to produce solid returns for our investors. Our role in this project consisted of development management, project management, and asset management.

Creekside Modern

Creekside Modern is a 40 unit duplex community located in Austin, Texas. A classic value add play, this community was purchased as an underperforming asset with drastically under market rents. Our role in this project was as Property Manager and Asset Manager. Under our management we enacted an aggressive plan to renovate units, increase rents to market rate, and improve safety for residents in the community through increased security measures and calculated property improvements.

The 88

The 88 is a mixed use commercial high rise facility located in San Jose, CA. At 27 stories, The 88 is the tallest building in the city of San Jose and contains 197 condominium units, 6 floors of parking and 8 ground floor commercial units. Our role in this facility was as part of the building engineering team. We executed a full building turnaround of this facility taking it from an underperforming asset with excessive levels of deferred maintenance to one of the top performing facilities in the city. In fact, as a result of our exceptional management, the SJFD now use this facility as their model of stellar performance in operations and safety when training new fire captains
